SHIPPING POLICY
Items purchased through www.ulrikajarl.com will usually be delivered within 2 working days in the UK after confirmation. For Europe and International delivery, please allow
5 - 7 days.
Please note that any VAT and customs duty must be paid by you the customer.

E-mails will usually be answered within 48 hours.

Orders are not binding until Ulrika Jarl has sent an order confirmation to the customer. We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. increased purchasing or production costs, currency fluctuations or increased VAT. We also reserve the right to cancel the order where a product has clearly been mispriced.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unused products can be returned within 14 days of the date you received them. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with labels attached (where applicable) Refunds of returned undamaged items will be made within 14 days. Please note that returns of sale, second items or cut fabric can not be made. Please note that products that are made to order are non-refundable. Please write your contact details and the reason for your return clearly and enclose with your returned items.

Please note that you will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If you supply the wrong delivery address and this leads to the return of the package, please note that this will incur a fee of £8 for freight and extra administration.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used when ordering. Refunds will include only the delivery cost paid by you when the items were originally purchased.
In the case of a manufacturing defect you can always exchange the product or get a refund. In the event of the item being damaged in transit please photograph the product and packaging and email the photos as soon as possible along with your details to info@ulrikajarl.com

You have the right to exchange your items within 30 days from the date you received it. Please note: Products on sale, seconds and cut fabric can not be exchanged. The item must be returned unused and undamaged and the cost of returning the item is payable by you, the customer.

Please check that the item you want to exchange it for is in stock and write the product/colour/variant you would like it exchange it for. If the item can not be exchanged you will receive a refund.
