THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a complaint. Do not collect a damage package. If you do not discover the damage until you opened the package and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the delivery company, you should contact them and make a complaint. If a possible dispute with the post office or the delivery company cannot be resolved, please contact me and we will get it resolved.
Not all shades are available in all sizes, please check on each product page.
Available sizes are:
Small 20cm diameter, 19cm high
Medium 30cm diameter, 22cm high
Large 40cm diameter, 25cm high
Custom sizes eg. 60cm diameter are available for some prints. Please get in touch for more details.

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of the date you received them. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with labels attached (where applicable)
Refunds of returned undamaged items will be made within 14 days. Please note that returns of sale, second items or cut fabric can not be made. Please note that products that are made to order are non-refundable. Please write your contact details and the reason for your return clearly and enclose with your returned items.
Please note that you will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
