Unused products can be returned within 14 days of the date you received them. Products must be returned unused and undamaged with labels attached (where applicable)

Refunds of returned undamaged items will be made within 14 days. Please note that returns of sale, second items or cut fabric can not be made. Please note that products that are made to order are non-refundable. Please write your contact details and the reason for your return clearly and enclose with your returned items.

Please note that you will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used when ordering. Refunds will include only the delivery cost paid by you when the items were originally purchased.

Items purchased through www.ulrikajarl.com will usually be delivered within 2 working days in the UK after confirmation.  For Europe and International delivery, please allow 5 - 7 days. Please note that any VAT and customs duty must be paid by you the customer.

Orders are not binding until Ulrika Jarl has sent an order confirmation to the customer. We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. increased purchasing or production costs, currency fluctuations or increased VAT. We also reserve the right to cancel the order where a product has clearly been mispriced.
